2024/2025 Annual Returns

The Northern Territory Electoral Commission (NTEC) has published the 2024/2025 Annual Disclosure Returns for the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly.

The 2024/2025 Annual Gift Returns cover gifts received from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Registered political parties and associated entities are required to disclose all gifts received during the financial year. Candidates must disclose gifts received solely or substantially for a purpose related to the election. These returns were due by 30 July 2025.

The 2024/2025 Annual Returns covers registered political parties and associated entities, who must submit returns disclosing the amounts received and spent over the financial year as well as any outstanding debts. These returns were due by 30 August 2025.

Donors who contributed $1,500 or more to a registered political party or candidate are required to submit a donor return. These returns have also been published.
