Voting is compulsory at all three levels of government in the Northern Territory.

There are many ways you can cast your vote, even if you're overseas on election day.

Mobile voting - remote

Voting teams visit remote locations by road, air and sea. Our policy is to visit any NT community which has over 10 people enrolled.

Teams operate during the 10 days before and on election day.

Urban and remote voting locations are advertised on the website, in newspapers and on social media. Posters are also displayed in selected locations.
