2026 City of Darwin Chan Ward By-election: final count and distribution of preferences completed

All counting has concluded for the 2026 City of Darwin Chan Ward By-election.

Clarence CJ McCarthy-Grogan has been duly elected at count 7 with a total of 3,050 votes.

The Declaration of result is scheduled for 10am on Monday 15 June 2026.
