The NT Electoral Commission officially declared the results for the West Arnhem Regional Council Warruwi Ward by-election at 10am this morning.
Two candidates contested the by-election, where there was one vacancy for the positions of councillor. At the conclusion of the count, Geraldine Narul was declared duly elected.
