In accordance with Regulation 10 of the Local Government (Electoral) Regulations 2021, public notification of the declaration of result for the Tiwi Islands Regional Council Milikapiti Ward by-election.

One nomination was received by the close of nominations at 12 noon on Wednesday 19 August. As the number of nominations did not exceed the number of vacancies, Norman James Tipiloura was declared elected.
