2023/2024 annual returns

The 2023/2024 Annual Returns have been published on the NTEC website.

Separate to election returns, registered political parties and associated entities must submit annual returns disclosing the amounts received and spent over the financial year as well as any outstanding debts. Returns disclosing gifts received in the financial year of 2023/2024 were published on 9 August 2024.

Annual donor returns have also been published. Donors who provided $1,500 or more to a party or candidate must submit a donor return.

For the 2024 Territory Election, the final election gift return is due on 3 October 2024, and the electoral expenditure return is due on 23 October 2024.
