2024 Barkly Regional Council General Election: Last day of early voting

Today is the last day to vote early in the 2024 Barkly Regional Council general election.

Early voting is available at the Tennant Creek Civic Centre from 8:00am to 6:00pm today.

Tomorrow is Election Day and voting services will be available at the Tenant Creek Civic Centre from 8:00am to 6.00pm. 

There are currently 4,503 electors enrolled to vote in this election, compared to 4,072 in the 2021 election.

Of 4,503 electors eligible to vote, 1,192 have cast their vote as of close of business Thursday 31 October 2024.  

Votes cast by ward include:

Patta ward:  587 
Kuwarrangu ward: 141 
Alpurrurulam ward: 49 
Alyawarr ward: 327 

15 postal votes returned with a further 153 remaining postal votes to be returned to the NT Electoral Commission. 73 declaration votes have been issued across all wards.
