2024 Territory Election - 100 day countdown

With 100 days to go until election day on 24 August, NT Electoral Commissioner Kirsten Kelly is reminding people to check their enrolment details.

“If you over the age of 18 and are an Australian citizen it is compulsory to vote in the 2024 Territory election. I encourage all Territorians to check that their enrolment details are up to date.”

“If Territorians include their contact details in their enrolment we will send reminders when voting starts.”

“Territorians have until Friday 2 August to enrol or update their enrolment,” Electoral Commissioner Kirsten Kelly said.

The NTEC has launched a dedicated website for the 2024 Territory Election where Territorians can find information about the election including voting locations and election resources.

The website will be regularly updated in the lead up to the election.
