It is compulsory to vote in all elections in the Northern Territory.

Eligible electors in these division of wards must be correctly enrolled to vote before the close of roll for the election.

The electoral roll for the 2026 Victoria Daly Regional Council Milngin Ward By-election closes at 5pm on Monday 17 August.

The Australian Electoral Commission maintains the Northern Territory Electoral Roll.
