- Overseas postal despatched cease

- Early voting ceases

- ELECTION DAY - No voting on election day
- 6pm - Counting commences
Friday 8 November
- 12 noon Deadline for receipt of postal votes
- 12 noon Final Count of postal votes
- 2 pm Distribution of preferences
- 4 pm Declaration of election result
